DELIVERY AND SHIPPING POLICY

The Company delivers throughout India and ships to most international destinations. International delivery is offered subject to the destination country, the product ordered and the feasibility of shipment. A customer who is uncertain whether a particular location can be serviced is requested to write to info@lagriha.com before placing an order.

Orders are shipped through the Company's logistics partners, namely Shiprocket, ShipGlobal, DHL and India Post. The partner engaged in respect of a particular order depends upon the destination, the product ordered and the shipping option selected.

Orders are processed and handed over to the logistics partner within one (1) to three (3) business days in the case of domestic orders, and within one (1) to five (5) business days in the case of international orders, subject in each case to availability of the product and confirmation of payment.

Following dispatch, the estimated timelines for delivery are as follows:

• standard, ready to ship products: approximately five (5) to ten (10) business days; and

• handcrafted and made to order products: approximately fifteen (15) to thirty (30) business days, depending upon the product and the minimum order quantity.

In the case of international orders, delivery may take longer than the timelines stated above, on account of customs clearance and local delivery conditions in the destination country.

All timelines stated in this Clause are estimates. They may be affected by delays on the part of the logistics partner, remote or non serviceable pin codes, weather, festivals, customs procedures, or any other event beyond the reasonable control of the Company.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout on the basis of the product, the quantity ordered and the delivery destination, and are payable by the customer in addition to the price of the product. Charges in respect of international orders are calculated separately for each order.

Import duties, customs charges, taxes and any other levies imposed by the destination country are not included in the price of the product or in the shipping charge, and shall be borne by the customer at the time of delivery. Customers are advised to ascertain the likely charges from the customs authority of the destination country before placing an order.

A tracking number or tracking link is shared with the customer by email, WhatsApp or SMS upon dispatch of the order.

Customers are requested to furnish a complete and accurate delivery address together with a contact number at which the recipient may be reached. Where an attempt at delivery fails on account of an incorrect or incomplete address, or by reason of the recipient being unavailable, additional shipping charges may be levied in respect of re-delivery and shall be payable by the customer.

Where a shipment is ultimately returned to the Company as undelivered, the order shall be treated as cancelled, and any refund shall be issued in accordance with the Refund and Cancellation Policy, after deduction of the shipping and return shipping costs actually incurred.

Where delivery is delayed beyond the estimated timeline, or where an order is not received, the customer may contact the Company at info@lagriha.com, or by WhatsApp at +91 92118 79700, quoting the order number. The Company shall take up the matter with the logistics partner and revert to the customer. Where the matter remains unresolved, it may be escalated to the Grievance Officer in the manner set out in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
